Ross Stores is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist to maintain a safe and secure environment at our stores. You will monitor entrances/exits, deter theft, greet customers, and partner with store leadership to uphold loss prevention directives.
In this role you will apply company policies, train teams, and respond to safety issues while representing Ross values. A background in security, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting are preferred.
