- $25 - $35/hr.
- Complete installation of heating and cooling systems in newly constructed buildings.
- Install heating and cooling system upgrades in existing buildings.
- Ensure that systems are operating at the highest energy efficiencies possible.
- Keep accurate work logs: job sites, time, equipment, materials, and recommendations for follow-up.
- Work with minimal supervision, applying your skills and independent decision-making in a manner that will provide superior quality work for the customer.
- Use equipment, materials, tools, and your time in a manner that demonstrates care and personal responsibility.
- Be aware of safety concerns, knowledgeable of safety practices, and adhere to safety protocol.
- 5+ years of work experience as a Technician/Installer (required)
- Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs., climbing up and down ladders, and flexible enough to fit into tight places
- Skilled at using power and hand tools
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions necessary for the construction trades
- General construction knowledge to include building codes and reading of blueprints
- Excellent and effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
