ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs. Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, snow removal. doors: interior and exterior, painting, is required.

* Must be 18 years of age or older

* Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific environments (if applicable), including work history if available.

* A valid State Driver's License is required.

* Basic knowledge of proper use of power tools, hand tools.

* Recognize various hardware parts and methods of repair for related tasks.

* Must possess organizational skills.

* Must be able to perform unsupervised.

* Customer Service Experience

* 2 to 3 years of similar work experience

* Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, instrumentation, and other equipment, systems or structures

* Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities

* Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary

* Knowledge of landscaping, cutting of hedges, trimming of bushes and picking up trash

* Basic knowledge of electrical

* Basic knowledge of plumbing

* Basic Carpentry skills

* Basic drywall repair and painting of walls
