Provide first line response for a wide variety of maintenance requests within Beaumont and facilities;
Perform safety inspections and repairs (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, sheet metal);
Order supplies and coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs;
Assist supervisors and senior mechanics as needed;
Maintain building automation and 24/7 pneumatic tube system support
