The Society of Fire Protection Engineers is seeking an HVAC Controls Technician to ensure the operational efficiency of HVAC systems. This role focuses on diagnostics, maintenance, and performance analysis of both HVAC and Building Automation Systems (BAS). Ideal candidates will have a Journeyman license and extensive experience in mechanical diagnostics.
Responsibilities include performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and providing recommendations to improve system performance. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with Facilities Management and campus stakeholders.
