• Perform light plumbing, electrical repair, and carpentry work as requested, such as installing garbage disposals, toilets, changing door locks, light fixtures and ballast, painting, etc.
• Keeps inventory of all repairs and other building maintenance related items.
• Conduct safety checks and equipment testing on all equipment at facilities.
• Must have own basic tools
• Hours are Mon-Fri from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

• Must have maintenance experience
• Jack of all trades with experience in light plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry

• $18.00 per hour
