Haley Mechanical is seeking a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented professional with a positive attitude to join our growing home services team as an Installation Coordinator
, supporting Sewer, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical projects.

• Schedule and coordinate sold installation work for HVAC, Sewer, Electrical, and Plumbing projects requiring an installer or install crew
• Communicate directly with customers regarding scheduling, expectations, and project updates
• Ensure all required documentation is submitted to the appropriate municipality and follows permitting and inspection processes
• Track installations through completion, final inspection, and payment collection
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure job scope details, photos, checklists, and sketches are accurately captured
• Work closely with dispatch to align installer schedules with customer availability
• Provide frequent customer updates for installations pending permits, inspections, or return visits
• Communicate job scope and equipment needs to installers
• Ensure Certificates of Insurance (COIs) remain current
• Collaborate with department service managers and dispatch to optimize scheduling and minimize cancellations
• Confirm installers have proper materials and place vendor orders as needed

• Coaching or performance management of technicians
• Conducting one‑on‑one coaching sessions

Posted Minimum Pay Rate: USD $18.00/Hr.

Posted Maximum Pay Rate: USD $22.00/Hr.
