As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service in the field. You’ll work independently and as part of a team to ensure our commercial clients receive top-tier service and dependable climate solutions.
YourDay-to-Day
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, split systems, boilers, and building automation systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure system performance and longevity
- Communicate clearly with customers, providing professional recommendations and explaining repair options
Accurately document service calls, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations - Collaborate with dispatch, service coordinators, and other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and working order
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience (preferred)
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
