About the Role:

The Laborer position is essential to supporting various construction, maintenance, and operational projects across diverse work sites. This role focuses on performing physically demanding tasks that contribute to the successful completion of projects by preparing and maintaining work areas, handling materials, and assisting skilled tradespeople. The Laborer ensures that job sites remain safe, organized, and efficient, directly impacting the overall productivity and quality of work.

This position requires adaptability to different environments and tasks, often working outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Ultimately, the Laborer plays a critical role in facilitating smooth project workflows and meeting deadlines through reliable and diligent effort.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting heavy objects, standing, bending, and working outdoors for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety standards and willingness to follow safety guidelines.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality to maintain consistent work progress.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
