School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Dearborn, MI
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team in the Dearborn, MI area for the school year. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a manageable caseload in a supportive educational environment.
Position Details:
- Location: Dearborn, MI
- Start Date: August 24, 2026
- End Date: June 11, 2027
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
- Student Population: Elementary (approximately 40-45 students)
- Reason for Coverage: Vacancy
- Pay Rate: $39-$47 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines
- Active Michigan SLP License (required)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must meet all school district compliance and onboarding requirements (e.g., background check, fingerprints, etc.)
