Requirements
- 3‑5 years’ experience as a licensed BCBA
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or another human services field from an accredited university
- Proven strong clinical knowledge and experience in treatment and documentation for individuals with severe and persistent behavioral or mental health needs
- Demonstrated ability to provide clinical supervision that improves measurable quality, care, and compliance outcomes
- Capable of prolonged periods of sitting and exerting 10 lbs of force occasionally
- Capable of exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs of force frequently
- Complete and support staff in the completion of necessary clinical assessment
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to all designated programs, including but not limited to:
- Providing clinical supervision and consultation to staff of designated programs
- Monitoring and reviewing program processes, incident reports, and follow‑up actions
- Documenting all monitoring and supervision and providing ongoing review with the Director
- Provide clinical support and supervision to BCBAs/BTs
- Assist programs with preparation of routine internal and external audits
- Assist as backup to the Director if a program supervisory staff is absent or vacant
- Assist with review and completion of designated program procedures and standard operating process manuals
- Conduct assigned training sessions and follow‑up with staff
- Monitor and evaluate clinical integrity of documentation and service delivery
- Maintain a billable caseload
- Other duties as assigned
This position offers a flexible schedule Monday‑Friday, in‑clinic setting.
CompensationUp to $95,000 per year
