In this position...

• We’re looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Architect / Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Front-End Focus) to help design and deliver modern, scalable digital experiences.

• You’ll work side-by-side with engineers, designers, and product owners to architect, build, validate, and release software iteratively—shipping meaningful improvements early and often.
• You’ll thrive in a Lean, Agile, and eXtreme Programming (XP) environment, bringing strong engineering practices (pairing/mobbing, TDD, CI/CD, continuous discovery and delivery) while mentoring teammates and elevating code quality, architecture, and delivery standards across the team.
• This is a “player/coach” role: strategic thinking, pragmatic architecture, and deep hands-on execution.
• Technologies you’ll work with (and help standardize):
• Front end:
  React, Next.js, Type Script, modern CSS
• UX engineering: design systems, component libraries, Storybook, accessibility and performance best practices
• Platform/experience delivery: micro-frontends (MFE) patterns and integration
• Content & web experience:
  Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Full-stack foundations:
  Node.js and APIs (REST/Graph
  
  QL), integration patterns, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud & delivery:
  Google Cloud Platform (GCP), CI/CD using Tekton (plus modern pipeline and automation practices)

• You'll have...
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• 5+ years working in a Front End Software Development role
• 5+ years working with React, Next.js, Type Script, and modern CSS

• Experience working within Agentic AI or other AI tools
• Experience with in a Full Stack Software Engineering capacity
