• Design, develop, test and maintain software applications and products to meet customer needs.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including software architecture design, coding, testing for quality and deployment to meet customer requirements.
• Full-stack software engineering capabilities (UI and server-side) are within scope.
• Perform configuration (7+ years) in SAP S4 FI/CO modules: FI-GL, AP, AR, AA; CO-PC, CO-CCA, CO-ML, CO-PA.
• Engage with customers to understand use-cases and requirements, advocating for user-centric solutions.
• Solve complex problems using various tools, languages, frameworks, methodologies (e.g., agile) and technologies.
• Assess requirements to determine technology stack, integration method and deployment strategy.
• Create high-level software architecture designs outlining structure, components and interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product owners, designers, architects, etc.).
• Define and implement software test strategy, guidelines and processes aligned with organizational vision and industry practices.
• Improve performance and optimize applications; evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance development efficiency.
• Familiar with test-driven development, continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Support Month End Close programs and related substitution and validation tasks.
• Configure company code, exchange rate and ledger/sub-ledger processes; hands-on SAP FICO configuration.
• Ability to perform in-depth hands-on configuration of required SAP FICO modules.

• SAP S4 HANA

• Engineer experience: practical in 2 coding languages or advanced in 1 language.
• 6+ years in IT
• 4+ years in development

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in multi-company code and multi-currency environments.
• Ability to perform in-depth hands-on SAP FICO configuration.
• Problem analysis and root-cause troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and debug ABAP code (not for technical development).
• Knowledge of integration with other SAP S4 modules (Purchasing, Sales and Production).
• Development experience using SAP technologies including ABAP, Integration and UI tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a Product-Driven Agile Organization.
