We are looking for someone who is responsible for designing, developing, testing and maintaining software applications and products to meet customer needs. Hands‑on S/4

HANA FICO Configuration Lead (FI/CO) who lives inside FI/CO configuration and has done multiple S/4 implementations end‑to‑end.

• Assess the requirements of the software application or service and determine the most suitable technology stack, integration method, deployment strategy, etc.
• Create high‑level software architecture designs that outline the overall structure, components, and interfaces of the application.
• Define and implement software test strategy, guidelines, policies and processes in line with organization vision, industry regulations and market best practices.
• Work on continuously improving performance and optimizing the application and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Familiar with programming practices, such as test‑driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• FCV/FCTA stand Program knowledge.
• Support Month end close Programs.
• Substitution and Validations.
• Company code, exchange rate, etc. configuration.
• Ledger and sub ledger knowledge.
• Ability to perform in‑depth hands‑on configuration of required SAP FICO modules.

• SAP S/4 HANA.

• 7+ years of configuration experience in S/4 FI and CO modules: FI-GL, AP, AR, AA required. CO-PC, CO-CCA, CO-ML, CO-PA.
• Experience working in a multi‑company code, multi‑currency environment is required.
• Ability to perform in‑depth hands‑on configuration of required SAP FICO modules.
• Analyze problems and troubleshoot to find the root cause.
• Ability to read and debug ABAP code (but not perform any technical development).
• Good knowledge of integration with other S4 modules – Purchasing, Sales and Production.
• Development experience using various SAP development technologies including but not limited to the following: ABAP, Integration, and UI tools.

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Master's Degree.
