We're looking for an exceptional AI enabled software engineer, someone who understands rock-solid code and elevates the entire team's maturity. You'll build and maintain critical services using Python, React, Angular, API best practices and Google Cloud Platform. At the same time, you'll act as a coach and change agent, guiding teams toward AI enabled world-class delivery processes and continuously raising both the floor and the ceiling of our engineering organization.

Senior Staff AI Software Engineer & Engineering Enabler
* Drive the usage of AI into every aspect of software to transform how we work
* Architect, develop and maintain solutions in Python
* Build and enhance front-end features using React and Angular
* Design and document robust AI solutions for the enterprise
* Deploy and operate applications on Google Cloud Platform (GKE, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, etc.)
* Champion and implement CI/CD pipelines automation, test automation, and trunk-based development
* Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to improve software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) maturity and make it easier to go from idea to deployed code
* Coach engineers on best practices: AI coding agents, TDD, observability, fault-tolerance
* Facilitate change management: introduce new practices and ensure smooth adoption
* Influence cross-functional stakeholders-Business, Product, Ops-to align on delivery goals
* Mentor teams: help them grow technical skills, soft skills, and take ownership of their work
* Understand how to effectively use engineering metrics; continuously refine key performance indicators
