This role focuses on designing and developing an AI‑driven PLM data migration framework that enables seamless transformation and loading of Teamcenter data into the 3

DEXPERIENCE platform while ensuring high data integrity and automating discrepancy resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Java‑based migration utilities to extract data using SOA/middleware APIs and load it.
  • Build and maintain a staging database (e.g., Mongo

    DB) for data transformation and validation.
  • Design AI/ML or rule‑based automation to detect and resolve data issues such as attribute mismatches, structure gaps, and metadata conflicts.
  • Implement data mapping logic between Teamcenter data models and 3

    DEXPERIENCE unified data structures.
  • Integrate with XPDM frameworks for data exchange into 3

    DEXPERIENCE.
  • Develop CAA (C++/Java) components for intricate CAD and metadata structures.
  • Consume Teamcenter SOA APIs to extract PLM objects, BOMs, and CAD datasets.
Required Skills
  • 4+ years in PLM or data engineering.
  • At least one end‑to‑end PLM migration project.
  • Strong problem‑solving for edge‑case data scenarios.
  • Ability to combine backend engineering with automation/AI concepts.
  • Strong Java skills (Core Java, multithreading, REST APIs).
  • Experience in PLM data migration.
  • Python for AI/ML or data processing (e.g., Pandas, Scikit‑learn, or LLM‑based tools).
  • Experience with PLM data modeling and transformations.
  • Understanding of CAD structures (BOMs, item revisions, datasets).
Preferred Skills
  • C++ or CAA development experience.
  • Prior experience with Teamcenter to 3

    DEXPERIENCE migration.
  • Experience with Enovia/XPDM frameworks.
  • Exposure to AI‑driven data cleansing or automation pipelines.
