Akkodis is seeking a Software Test Calibration Engineer for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate is responsible for validating vendor deliverables, designing automated test frameworks, and ensuring high-quality releases across cloud-based platforms.

Rate Range: $34/hour to $36/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Review and validate vendor deliverables against defined acceptance criteria, ensuring compliance with contractual and technical standards.
• Design and maintain automated test suites for APIs, backend services, and data pipelines in cloud environments.
• Perform regression and integration testing to ensure stability and quality before production releases.
• Manage UAT processes by coordinating with stakeholders, defining test scenarios, and capturing structured feedback.
• Track and manage defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLA requirements.
• Monitor test results, generate quality reports, and continuously improve testing processes and automation frameworks.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, automation, or cloud-based application testing.
• Strong expertise in API and automation testing (Postman/pytest) with hands‑on experience in GCP environments and containerized applications.
• Proven experience in UAT coordination, defect management using JIRA, and validating deliverables against acceptance criteria and SLA standards.

Pay Details: $34.00 to $36.00 per hour
