Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement integrations between Service Now and third-party systems (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, LDAP, SSO and Other Third Party Vendors.).
Develop custom applications and modules on the Service Now platform using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
Configure Service Now flows, Workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs to meet business requirements.
Maintain and support existing Service Now integrations and troubleshoot integration issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and other developers to gather requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise integration architecture.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to Service Now integrations, data flows, and custom development.
Ensure adherence to coding and security standards.
Knowledge and hands-on with Service Now Virtual Agent and Chatbot workflow creation and configuration.
