Salary: 90K – 100K/Year

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between Service Now and third-party systems (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, LDAP, SSO and other third party vendors).
• Develop custom applications and modules on the Service Now platform using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Configure Service Now flows, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs to meet business requirements.
• Maintain and support existing Service Now integrations and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and other developers to gather requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise integration architecture.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to Service Now integrations, data flows, and custom development.
• Ensure adherence to coding and security standards.
• Knowledge and hands-on with Service Now Virtual Agent and Chatbot workflow creation and configuration.
