Senior AI Associate – Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Copilot Overview
We are seeking a Senior AI Associate with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and AI‑driven business applications. This role focuses on developing intelligent solutions, AI‑powered automation, and custom Dynamics 365 applications while leveraging generative AI technologies to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop AI algorithms, models, and applications to solve complex business problems.
- Build data‑driven solutions that transform data into actionable insights.
- Design and implement AI solutions using technologies such as:
- Generative AI
- Deep Learning
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Image Processing
- Cognitive Automation
- Intelligent Process Automation
- Reinforcement Learning
- Virtual Assistants
- Research and optimize AI technologies to improve automation, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Design, configure, and deploy AI conversational agents and Copilot experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Leverage generative AI capabilities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 to improve customer service processes, automated communications, and real‑time assistance.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, and external knowledge sources.
- Optimize Copilot performance through prompt engineering, topic configuration, and monitoring.
- Customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 forms, tabs, sections, ribbons, navigation, web resources, iFrames, sub‑grids, and site maps.
- Develop plug‑ins, custom workflows, Business Process Flows (BPF), and portal solutions.
- Build integrations using Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Web APIs.
- Develop Model‑Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
- Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose technical issues, data challenges, and application performance problems.
- Contribute to Agile development practices and continuous process improvement.
- Debug, maintain, and enhance application code.
- Perform unit testing, quality assurance, and maintain technical documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience with C#, JavaScript, and ASP.NET.
- Experience using Git Hub or Git‑based source control.
- Experience with Power Apps, Azure Dev Ops, Plug‑In Development, and Workflows.
- Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience integrating AI capabilities within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Experience with Copilot/AI integrations.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, or Microsoft AI SDKs is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
