DX Integration Engineer

Software Engineer

Software Engineer position within IT Product team responsible for full cycle systems development activities including software design, development, and deployment activities to launch new systems and enhance existing systems. This position is also expected to participate in integration and systems testing.

Experience

Required:

• This position requires hands on experience using full stack Java technologies.
• 3+ years of progressive IT experience with minimum 2 years of experience in Primary technical skills (Angular and Spring Boot)
• Experience with software delivery tools (Git Hub, Jenkins)
• Experience developing in both software tiers - front-end, back end and database queries
• Experience integration planning and deliverables (Webservices, API, etc.)
• Experience with 3
  
  DEXPERIENCE platform integration using REST APIs, including API design, consumption, authentication, data exchange, and integration troubleshooting.
• Knowledge and experience using Agile methodology
• Experience or knowledge of Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) platform and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) will be considered a plus.
• Should be able to work on all aspects of the MLOps cycle (data) extraction, analysis, model training, deployment, re-training). Should have good business understanding to formulate new use cases. Knowledge of Python and packages like pandas, numpy, scipy, Tensor Flow, scikit-learn is a must.
• Should be proficient with Git (Git Hub), handle code merges for all developers and be able to resolve merge conflicts. Should be aware of Docker/Kubernetes for containerization of applications, and Jenkins/Tekton to create pipelines.
• Cloud Development:
  Should have some expertise with working on GCP and be able to integrate tools like GCS, Big Query and Data Flow into existing workflows. Should be aware of configuring infrastructure through CI/CD pipelines using Terraform.
