Concrete Block Forklift Operator – Debary, Florida

Maschmeyer Concrete Company of Florida is currently seeking a highly motivated, dependable Forklift Operator to join our team at our Concrete Block Production Plants in major cities throughout Florida.

• 1 year of experience operating a forklift; preferred.
• Experience operating a truck-mounted forklift (ex. Moffet); preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Required availability:
  Monday – Saturday.

• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Communicate any needed repairs, safety issues, or concerns to the management team.
• Maintain a clean and safe forklift.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Safely operate a forklift to efficiently transport concrete blocks around the plant.
• Read tickets and pull orders with detailed accuracy.
• Properly load and unload concrete blocks from flatbed trucks and conveyor lines.
• Assist with daily housekeeping duties to maintain a safe environment free of debris.
