Entry Level Tax Preparer

• People looking to enter the tax industry, including those with gaps in work history or limited experience.
• Workforce‑returners, stay‑at‑home parents, gig workers seeking a flexible second income.
• Veterans, military personnel or families, recent college graduates or current students.
• Bilingual individuals or those without a college diploma.

• Conduct face‑to‑face tax interviews with clients.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS audit support and respond to client inquiries.
• Complete all related tax forms in accordance with policies, regulations, and legislation.
• Collect and process client payments while ensuring timely deposits.
• Provide marketing and business generation efforts.
• Manage client calls via the national call center routing system.
• Resolve client complaints or refer situations to supervisors for resolution.
• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.

• Passion for exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer and math knowledge.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or tax preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
• PTIN certification required.

$12.00 – $15.00 per hour.
