Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Time)

What You'll Be Doing

As an Administrative Assistant
, you will play a key role in supporting company leadership and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. You'll also be part of the Data Support Team
, gaining hands‑on experience with internal systems and vendor platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support executive leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination, and note‑taking
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, bank deposits, and occasional local errands (mileage reimbursed)
  • Retrieve and track vendor invoices and supporting documentation
  • Maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets to track purchase orders, missing invoices, and backorders
  • Research vendor portals to locate missing data and documents
  • Reconcile client orders within the company's software platform
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and offshore data analysts
  • Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed
What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is highly organized, detail‑driven, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience or exposure to the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (this is critical to success in the role)
