Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking an Administrative Office Coordinator who is responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative activities to support the efficient functioning of the office. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, handling clerical tasks, and providing administrative support to various departments. Is this you?

Typically, you will work Monday through Friday from 8am until 4:30pm.

What Will You Do:
As an Administrative Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our branch location is organized and ran efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

* Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.

* Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.

* Coordinate and oversee daily administrative operations.

* Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.

* Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.

* Ensure proper documentation and filing of important records.

* Assist various departments with administrative tasks.

* Handle confidential information with discretion.

* Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets.

* Generate reports and assist in data analysis.

* Experience with financial reporting and management information systems.

Who We're looking for:

* Previous experience of 1 year in accounting, accounts payable or cash reconciliation.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.

General Requirements:

* Lift and carry 20lbs+ on a repetitive basis, with the ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently.

* Consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

* Follow workplace safety policies and guidelines.
