Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain calendars, arrange meetings, make travel arrangements and communicate with internal and external high‑level customers.
- Conduct frequent travel and expense report reconciliation.
- Multi‑task effectively in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing work environment.
- Demonstrate initiative, discretion and tact in managing email, telephone calls, calendar prioritization & communication of changes and other requests.
- Ensure all correspondence is accurate, complete and properly handled.
- Utilize personal computer and standard desktop software (full complement of Microsoft Office Suite) to access Lockheed Martin systems, compose correspondence, create spreadsheets and presentation charts.
- Assure administrative detail on all projects; update and status delegate tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.
- Maintain Outlook calendar to ensure efficiency and maximum use of leader’s time.
- Pursue opportunities to change or lean out processes or approaches.
- Determine priorities for non‑routine situations.
- Receive and direct visitors and clients.
- Organize and execute special events (including VIP visits, off‑sites, and motivational events).
- Perform additional special assignments as required.
- Administrative Assistant support to senior level leadership.
- Experience with documentation management and creating status reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience in calendar management and meeting support activities.
- Familiarity with making travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Experience working in a production or operations environment.
- Knowledge of event planning and coordination principles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with digital documentation management through SharePoint, shared drives, MS Teams and Channels.
- Experience setting up and running VTC meetings.
- Ability to problem‑solve under pressure.
This position requires a government security clearance and the applicant must be a U.S. citizen.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
