Responsibilities- Under direct supervision, support the payroll department with miscellaneous duties of some complexity, including daily reconciliation of timecards, recording call-ins, updating the infraction database, and issuing required daily reports.
- Monitor the clock alley of craft hourly employees and, as needed, subcontract personnel.
- Coordinate data entry of new hires, rehires, terminations, rate changes, and other miscellaneous changes by Human Resources to ensure timely delivery of these data elements to on‑site Payroll/Timekeeping.
- Perform data entry, produce, and analyze reports while utilizing standard payroll and timekeeping systems.
- Provide support to the payroll staff.
- Conform to compliance documentation for any work practices identified by management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- A combination of education and directly related experience equal to two (2) years; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
Job Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or global equivalent with limited work-related experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic personal computer skills to include Microsoft software.
- Basic math skills.
- Basic understanding of file organization.

The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.

Salary Range: $43,000.00 - $66,000.00
