SAP Program Manager – Manager

• Lead SAP implementation projects and coordinate with business leaders and technical teams
• Define project objectives and develop project plans
• Manage project resources and timelines
• Monitor progress and mitigate risks
• Oversee project budgeting and resource allocation
• Guide cross-functional teams in executing project plans and continuous process improvement
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication
• Implement agile methodologies and project management software for project tracking and reporting
• Coach team members and encourage innovation
• Conduct program reviews and status reporting to validate project outcomes and benefits realization
• Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
• Address conflicts and issues with clients and team members while upholding professional and technical standards

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, or Organizational Management/Behavior
• Proficiency in SAP Project Management and Program Management
• Agile Methodology experience
• Cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder engagement
• Analytical thinking for business case development
• Project budgeting and integration with Microsoft Project
• Continuous process improvement and innovation
• Ability to meet travel requirements of up to 80%

Demonstrates expertise in leading SAP implementation projects, managing project resources, and utilizing Agile methodologies for effective project tracking and reporting. Strong capabilities in stakeholder engagement, project budgeting, and continuous process improvement are essential.
