What you’ll be doing:
- Dive into blueprints and figure out how complex systems fit together
- Run takeoffs and help build real project estimates
- Support bids for hospitals, data centers, and large commercial buildings
- Learn how HVAC and insulation systems are designed, priced, and installed
- Work directly with experienced estimators who are invested in teaching
- You’ve been around HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical construction
- You’re detail-oriented and take pride in getting things right on the first try
- You want a career path with direction
- $22–$30/hour + bonuses (and overtime opportunities)
