ADIET Consult is recruiting on behalf of a reputable real estate development company seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional passionate about infrastructure, construction, and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion
- Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Conduct site inspections and supervise contractors and subcontractors
- Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and other engineers
- Provide technical advice and resolve design and development issues
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Must be COREN certified
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of structural design, project management, and site supervision
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
