Russell Marine is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused

Receptionist to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for many of our customers and plays an important part in creating a positive experience at our dealership.

• Greet customers as they arrive and assist them with general questions
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist customers in thePro Shop with watersports accessories and merchandise
• Process payments for service work and other transactions
• Help maintain a clean,organized showroom and front office area
• Support team members with general administrative and customer service tasks as needed

• Friendly and professional attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer andpoint-of-sale experience preferred
• Ability to multitask andstay organized in a busy environment
• Retail or receptionist experience is a plus
