Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for our valued clients, offering a warm welcome and efficient assistance.
  • Answer questions about policies, billing, and other service-related inquiries with clarity and patience.
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, and new business applications accurately.
  • Assist with claims inquiries, guiding clients through the initial steps.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client records in our system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience is a definite plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including email and data entry.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
  • A genuine desire to help people.
