Job Summary:

Polyplex is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

• BCBS of Alabama for medical, Guardian

Requirements:

• High school or GED
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
• 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment & Costing (arrange logistics and monitor carrier costing, warehouse costing, inventory reconciliation, consignment account reporting, verification of delivery, aging inventory, invoicing, PO’s)
• Customer Relations (email communication to customers, monthly closing, order tracking, customer status reports, cross training)
• Customs & Compliance
• Above Average knowledge: excel, work & Outlook
• Well spoken
• Aptitude for problem solving
• Multitasking

1 year of industry experience preferred
