We are currently seeking a full-time Associate Dentist primarily based in Marion, Indiana
, with occasional support at our Fort Wayne and Portland locations.

What You'll Do

As an Associate Dentist, you'll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care while developing meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Responsibilities include:
  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments.
  • Diagnose and develop treatment plans for acute and long-term dental needs.
  • Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care.
  • Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support whole-person care.
  • Manage dental emergencies and urgent patient needs.
  • Ensure continuity of care through follow-up visits and patient communication.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry and evidence-based practices.
What We're Looking For
Education
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Licensure
  • Current Indiana Dental License (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA and CSR certification
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in community health, public health, FQHC, or rural dentistry settings
  • Passion for serving diverse and underserved populations
