Position Overview
Maquoketa High School, HS Girls Tennis Coach, school year.
Responsibilities- Lead the girls tennis team while aligning instruction and expectations with the overall tennis program philosophy.
- Teach and reinforce tennis fundamentals and age‑appropriate strategies to support long‑term athlete development.
- Communicate clearly and build positive relationships with student‑athletes, parents, and coaching staff.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive team environment that promotes athlete well‑being and sportsmanship.
- Foster a positive team culture that values effort, accountability, growth, and teamwork.
- Plan and conduct purposeful practices and prepare athletes for competition in collaboration with the varsity coaching staff.
- Model professionalism and engage in ongoing learning to support player and program success.
