Pre-K Teacher
Pay: $11.50-$12.50 an hour We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pre-K Teacher who aligns with our core values and has a heart for working with young children. The ideal candidate will bring both experience and creativity to the classroom, fostering a love of learning while supporting each child's spiritual, social, emotional, and academic development.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and implement engaging lessons using the Abeka curriculum
- Create a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
- Support the developmental needs of Pre-K students
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents and staff
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback as needed
- Uphold and model the school's core values in daily interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
- Experience teaching in a preschool or Pre-K setting
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with Abeka curriculum
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A genuine love for working with young children
- Patient, compassionate, and dependable
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Committed to continuous learning and professional growth
- Passionate about early childhood education and student success
