* Collaborate with Design Engineering and Technology teams on model changes and line setups.
* Review prototypes and concepts for manufacturability.
* Provide feedback on capacity, operator impact, and long-term process sustainability.
* Interface with vendors, OEMs, and Facilities Engineering to understand maintenance requirements and troubleshooting methods; share knowledge across teams.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, operations, quality, or equivalent experience (including co-ops and internships).
* Hands-on experience troubleshooting high-volume manufacturing equipment.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
* Experience with fabrication and injection molding equipment.
* Hands-on robotics and controls experience in automated manufacturing environments.
* Knowledge of appliance manufacturing processes.
* Experience with controls, preventive maintenance, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
* PLC, distributed I/O, and servo controls experience.
* Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience or certification.
* Formal project management experience or training.
