Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, design, construction, and delivery of large-scale data center projects from concept through commissioning and handover. The ideal candidate will oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, and cross‑functional teams to ensure mission critical facilities are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires close coordination with engineering, construction, procurement, and client stakeholders, with a strong focus on electrical infrastructure, mechanical systems, and commissioning activities.

Candidates should have a proven track record managing complex data center or other mission critical construction projects and the ability to mitigate risks, manage change orders, and drive successful project execution. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-performance infrastructure that supports cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and other high-density technology applications.

• Manage the full lifecycle of data center projects, including planning, design coordination, construction oversight, commissioning, and final turnover.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement activities, and change orders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, equipment vendors, and client stakeholders throughout all phases of execution.
• Monitor field progress, lead project meetings, and resolve technical and commercial issues impacting cost, schedule, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and mission critical performance expectations.

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering data center, mission critical, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical power systems, cooling systems, backup generation, UPS systems, and commissioning processes.
• Proven experience managing EPC contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Proficiency with project scheduling and management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; PMP certification is highly preferred.
