Description
Marposs Group is a global leader providing measurement, inspection and testing cutting edge solutions for quality and process control in the workshop environment, serving all major automotive and machine tools manufacturers, as well as the aerospace, biomedical, electronics, energy, glass containers and white goods sectors.
In order to reinforce our growth plans in North America, Marposs Corporation has an opening for a Sales Engineer.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing VP, this individual will have account responsibility for machine tool OEM's and major automotive related manufacturers in Southeast United States region. The territory would include parts of Alabama, Georgia, Florida.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- 5-7 years' experience in sales of technical equipment to the machine tool and metal cutting industry
- Measurement, test and/or machine tool experience is a definite plus
- Excellent sales, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solver with hands-on experience
- Extensive travel is required with possibility of international travel
- Good driving record is essential
