Job Summary
Provides leadership / oversight responsibilities for the Clinical Laboratory, Blood Bank and Pathology departments for both DMH campuses, managing the departments with effectiveness and efficiency. Manages departments in accordance of CLIA, CAP and TJC guidelines and regulations.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience RequiredEducation: Must have successfully met the requirements for “Lab Supervisor” as specified by CLIA 88 guidelines. Must have achieved MT / CLS certification by ASCP, AMT or other nationally recognized certifying agency. Bachelor degree in Medical Technology or related Science field is required.
Experience: Must have minimum of 10 years Medical Technology experience with 5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
