** the maintenance generalist is responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. This position supports production in a fresh food manufacturing environment while maintaining compliance with tyson policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
** key responsibilities
** perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systemsdiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsrespond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and restore operations quicklycomplete corrective and emergency maintenance work as assignedperform equipment adjustments, part replacements, and repairs to maintain optimal performance follow work orders and document maintenance activities accurately in the cmmsassist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modificationsconduct inspections to identify potential equipment failures, safety hazards, or maintenance needswork closely with production and sanitation to coordinate maintenance activities.support
