Role Overview

Responsible for leading and enforcing Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) programs within an on-site manufacturing / construction project environment. Provides safety leadership to production teams and subcontractors to ensure full OSHA compliance, zero citations, and reduced incident rates.

• Lead EH&S training and enforce safe work practices
• Oversee subcontractor safety compliance and toolbox programs
• Conduct audits, PTP meetings, pre-construction planning sessions
• Review and enforce safety programs per federal, state, and owner

• Analyze safety metrics and implement corrective actions
• Administer drug screening programs
• Partner with production leadership to drive a strong safety culture

Required Background

• Strong safety leader with manufacturing experience
• Deep OSHA expertise and regulatory knowledge
• Bachelors degree preferred (Safety, Engineering, related field)

or 3+ years construction safety experience

• CHST required (or within 2 years)
• OSHA 30-hour certification
• Proven ability to lead within teams and influence subcontractors
