SERVPRO of Anson, Stanly & Richmond Counties is looking for a Mitigation Manager. This position will be focus on Fire Restoration, Contents Restoration, Bioremediation and assistance when needed with Water Mitigation. Job duties will consist of but not limited to, managing staff, maintaining electronic records, customer belongings, job progress, writing estimates using Xactimate and after hours on call rotation.
The proper candidate for this position must possess a willingness to learn new task, work as a team and individually, organizational and time management skills, previous experience managing a small staff, note taking skills and ability to communicate and work well with others. Experience is not necessary but preferred.

Salary range is from $ 45,000 to $58,000
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
