Operations Manager

Our client is seeking a skilled professional to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. This role requires a strategic leader with a solid background in manufacturing and a passion for developing high‑performing teams.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or management (MBA or Master of Engineering is a plus).
• 5 years of manufacturing experience with 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience leading a 24/7 manufacturing process.
• Preferred experience in vision metrologies, adhesive systems, packaging, or robotics/PLC.

• Safety‑first mentality with proven leadership skills.
• Strong computer application proficiency and technical competency.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination abilities.
• Track record of implementing lean manufacturing and kaizen for quality and efficiency improvements.
• Solid knowledge of inventory management and manufacturing processes.
• Effective problem‑solving and employee relations skills.

• Champion a culture with strong attention to safety and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide operational leadership to ensure KPIs are met and drive a world‑class environment using 5S methodology.
• Develop strategies for production slow points and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with global teams for process technology solutions and new process implementation.
• Train, develop, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of personal responsibility and improvement.

• This position will have direct reports.

• Minimal travel is required.
