Join a long-term manufacturing effort inside a fabrication shop producing HAX Systems for data centers. This is consistent, day-shift work with significant weekly hours and pay tied to your experience and weld test results.
Core requirements
Strong background in industrial fabrication and manufacturing
Ability to read and work directly from blueprints/fabrication drawings
Experience in structural and heavy industrial welding (preferred)
Reliable transportation and a dependable, team-oriented work ethic
Weld testing3G V-Groove Uphill Test4G Overhead Test Work structure
Day shift in-shop fabrication~50 hours per week
Long-term steady work on a manufacturing project
Compensation $23–$28 per hour based on experience and weld test performance

Shop-fabricated structural components and assemblies that integrate into HAX Systems for data centers
Precision work aligned to detailed fabrication drawings and tight tolerances
