Trillium Construction is seeking Flux Core Welders for a fabrication shop in Decatur, Alabama.
This is a full-time opportunity. Pay rate for the welders that meet the qualifications is $23-25+ depending on experience and skillset. No per diem is available. Working 40 hours a week with some overtime.
Job Details- Welding Process: FCAW-Flux-Core Welding
- Filler Metal: 0.045 E71T-12C/M-H8
- Material:
Carbon Steel - Plate thickness: 1” note: backing strip will be used with run-off tabs
- Weld test positions: V Groove 3G (uphill) test
- NDT/testing type: visual of root and final cap and 2 side bends.
- Candidates should be able to work independently or as a team.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience and be able to safely perform tasks given.
- Candidates will need to be proficient in the Flux Core Welding process.
- All candidates must be able to pass a 9-panel drug screen and background check.
- OSHA 10 is preferred.
- Type 2 Class C Hard hat.
- Must wear gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots.
