We are seeking an experienced Welder Helper for our client near Decatur, AL. In this role, you will be helping the welders in the welding department. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading automotive manufacturer and build your long-term career.

• Must be able to lift, carry and assemble parts to a pipe.
• Follow instructions
• Reading blueprints is a plus.
• Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions.
• Maintain work area in clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures.
• Must have a working command of the English language, and be able to communicate.

• 1 year of experience in a Manufacturing Environment (required)

• High School Diploma/GED or technical school graduate

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work occasional overtime

• Steel-toe boots required

• Must pass background and drug screening

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
