• Set up and operate GM Fanuc Robots, machine centers, lathes, induction hardening units, direct hardening units, and grinders.
• Calibrate precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, lasers, height gauges, dial indicators, and specialty gauges.
• Read and interpret blueprints, relate dimensioning to CNC machine programs, and verify part dimensional quality against prints.
• Write and understand programming code for equipment and robotic cell recipes to extend tooling life.
• Perform quality checks following a control‑points plan to ensure product meets customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems that arise during machine setup and operation.

• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• 1 year of machining experience.
• 1 year of CNC experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in blueprint reading.
• Experience using precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Basic background in mathematics and an understanding of basic trigonometry.
• Strong knowledge of CNC operations for horizontal machining centers, CNC turning centers, saws, and robotics.

Starting pay rate: $20.90 per hour. Maximum potential hourly rate: $27.10.

Day shift:
Monday‑Thursday, 06:00 – 16:00. Overtime and weekend work may be required.
