Pipe Tester Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 01:00pm to 09:30pm )
System Testing:
Conduct pressure test using Nitrogen/Hydrogen to a specified test pressure to detect leaks.
Equipment Use:
Set up and operate test equipment such as gaskets, flanges, gauges, couplings, rubber seal and nuts/bolts
Test Execution:
Conduct pressure testing in accordance with the latest revision of instructions number INS
127, Pressurized Inert Gas – Weld Leak Test.
Defect Identification:
Detect and document weld defects, leaks, or other deficiencies during testing
Documentation:
Maintain accurate test records, including pressure logs and leak reports.
Pipe Tester
Qualifications:
- Three year plus experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior pipe testing experience
- Proficiency in reading and follow directions without deviation
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
