Position Requirements- Good mathematical and communication skills
- Ability to read and understand schematics
- Ability to use testing and troubleshooting equipment
- Good understanding of rigging, cranes, etc.
- General knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of drafting (blueprint reading, dimension drawings, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Ability to work extended hours as needed to meet customer requirements
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- General knowledge of electrical theory and troubleshooting
- General mechanical knowledge
Some of the physical demands for the position include being able to lift a weight of 40 pounds; frequent bending, stooping and stretching; being able to stand for prolonged periods of time; and ability to walk for prolonged periods of time.

- MIG & Stick Welder
High School Diploma or GED required; 2‑year degree from a technical college and minimum of three years on‑the‑job training with a heavy industrial manufacturing facility in skilled trade capacity.
Technical TrainingGeneral knowledge of industrial maintenance with an emphasis on electrical, mechanical, robotics, or controls application.
OtherJourneyman Certification preferred.
Work Experience- Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Motor Control, PLC and Ladder Logic
- Basic Electrical Theory and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of electrical components
- Basic understanding of services and variable frequency drives
- Welding experience
- Applicable rules, regulations, and/or policies and procedures
- Robotic troubleshooting skills
- Robotic programming skills
- PLC troubleshooting skills
- High level of mechanical aptitude
- Mathematical Skills (work well with probability and statistical inference, fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry, apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions to practical situations)
- Reasoning Ability (define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions, interpret technical instructions, deal with variables)
